Get ready, get set, get the pooches warmed up ... it's time for Best Friends Animal Society's Second Annual Strut Your Mutt in New York City. This two-mile scenic walk along the Hudson River Park helps homeless pets in the New York Tri-State area and is followed by the ultimate doggie festival.
Registration is required to walk.
North Shore Animal League Pet Adoption Event

Hudson River Park's Pier 40 at Houston Street
More than one hundred precious dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens will be available for adoption. North Shore Animal League will have three Mobile Rescue and Adoption Units filled with healthy and wonderful shelter animals, also known as Mutt-i-grees, looking for permanent and loving homes.
