On this Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support and the trust you've placed in me as your United States Senator.
I'm thankful for many things, but especially for the love of my wife and family. Every moment spent with them is special to me.
We were together in Wrentham recently, and made this family video to wish everyone a happy holiday. Ayla and Arianna also discussed some of the Brown family's Turkey Day routines. Check it out by watching the video below.
As we gather with friends and family this week, let's keep in mind that these are challenging times for America. Millions of people remain out of work, and a lot of people are struggling just to get by. There are many organizations working hard every day to provide for our neediest, and I would encourage you to consider getting involved. This Thursday, I will be serving turkey at shelters in Boston, and I encourage you to help out at a charitable organization in your area as well.
Finally, let's not forget the men and women of our Armed Forces who can't be with their families this holiday because they are fighting to protect our freedoms and our way of life in Iraq, in Afghanistan and in other remote regions of the world.
From my family to yours, I hope you and your entire family have a very happy Thanksgiving.
Sincerely,
Scott Brown
