Recreational Areas: 2011 Fee-Free Entrance Days

Please note that the following fee-free waivers do not include fees collected in advance or by contractors, such as fees charged for camping , reservations , and use of concessions, unless stated otherwise.

National Park Service
The National Park Service (NPS) will waive admission fees for national parks on November 11 through 13, 2011 ( Veterans Day weekend)

Bureau of Land Management
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will waive recreation-related fees for visitors to the National System of Public Lands (BLM-managed lands) on November 11 through 13, 2011 (Veterans Day weekend)

These fee-free days also apply to areas managed within the BLM's National Landscape Conservation System (NLCS) .

Forest Service
The U.S. Forest Service (FS) will waive the day-use fees at national forests on November 11 through 13 (Veterans Day weekend)
