Do you want to learn self-defense and awareness techniques that work for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities?
Come to our community self-defense training to learn physical and verbal self-defense skills and participate in discussions on safety, prevention and violence de-escalation. This training will be performed by professionals from the Center for Anti-Violence Education.
