VIRTUAL RALLY MOVED TO FRIDAY 1PM
Dear Lucas,
To accommodate the president's visit to NYC, the Mayor has moved his press conference releasing the budget to Friday morning at 8:30.
Our virtual rally in response to the budget will now be held AT 1PM ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON!
Please note this change in time and date.
In the meantime here's what you can do to get ready for the virtual rally.
1.) Make sure you know how to tag the On May 12 Page in your Facebook posts. Click here for a tutorial.
2.) Put together a post on your blog, a video or other awesome content to share on Friday.
3.) Check out "Make Them Pay" the just released report by the May 12 coalition detailing how the Big Banks and Wall Street aren't paying their fair share in taxes. Click here to download the report.
4.) Spread the word about the Rally (and the date/time change) and help ensure we make the maximum impact on Friday! Click here to post the event page to your facebook wall!
