In light of the unprecedented attack on the civil justice system, this meeting has been opened to all NYSTLA members to inform the membership about the current legislative proposals which threaten to cap non-economic damages at $250,000 and create a neurologically impaired infant fund (NIIF) among other things.

Please advise all NYSTLA members of this urgent meeting and issue facing the civil justice system.
