Please join us to hear perspectives and insights on the implementation of the Child Protective Plan through case conferencing in Article 10 proceedings in New York City Family Courts. This free CLE program is sponsored by the Children and the Law and Family Court and Family Law committees of the New York City Bar Association. The program will feature a panel of five speakers who will share different perspectives on case conferencing. After the panel's presentation the program will open up to allow attendees to share practice tips and issues about the implementation of the New York City Family Court Child Protective Plan.
