On Wednesday, June 8, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and Russian Consul General Andrey K. Yushmanov will host a celebration of the 9th Annual Russian Heritage Festival with a ceremony honoring distinguished members of the community.

Honorees include:

• Liliya Gelfand, president of New Tours
• Natalia Orlova, St. Petersburg Book Store
• Shostakovich School of Music, Art and Dance
  

A reception will follow in the Rotunda.
