HISTORY IN THE MAKING

new_york_city_council_banner_nyreblog_com_.gifDear New Yorker,

WE ARE CLOSE TO MAKING HISTORY, BUT WE NEED TO KEEP THE PRESSURE ON THE NY STATE SENATE TO DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!

If you'd like to join thousands of New Yorkers across the city and state telling NY Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos how strongly they support bringing the marriage equality bill to a vote, you contact him at the following:

Senate switchboard: 518-455-2800

E-mail:  skelos@nysenate.gov

You can also share your views on marriage equality with your state senator through  http://friendfactor.org/fs/quinn .

Special thanks should be sent to those senators who last week publicly changed their votes to a yes vote: Shirley L. Huntley, Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr., Carl Kruger, James S. Alesi and Roy J. McDonald.

NOW is the time to be on the right side of history.
