Everyone loves a two-for-one, and let me tell you, we have a big two-fer looming in Wisconsin, where five EMILY's List-endorsed women are challenging Republican state senators in the Aug. 9 special recall election.
By helping our endorsed candidates defeat Republicans who helped pass GOP Gov. Scott Walker's egregious, anti-woman, anti-worker policies, we're already on our way to achieving two critical goals. Not only can we make immediate, real-time change by returning control of the Wisconsin Senate to Democrats, we can also send a strong message to John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, and Republicans around the country -- forcing them to rethink their anti-woman, anti-family agenda.

The five women running in the special recall elections against Republican state senators come from all kinds of backgrounds and bring a 
wealth of experience and accomplishment to this recall election. Thankfully, they also have the conviction and courage to seize this unique opportunity to take back their state Senate -- and stop the anti-family Walker agenda in its tracks.
