- Parks Rules Penalty Schedule (DPR/ECB) -- Rule takes effect on Aug. 5, 2011.
- Air Code Penalty Schedule (DEP/ECB) -- Rule takes effect on Aug. 5, 2011.
- Department of Transportation Penalty Schedule (DOT/ECB) -- Rule takes effect on Aug. 5, 2011.
- Air Asbestos Code Penalty Schedule (DEP/ECB) -- Rule takes effect on Aug. 5, 2011.
- Bus Parking in Lower Manhattan (DOT) -- Rule takes effect on Aug. 8, 2011
