City Council Speaker Christine Quinn (together with Brooklyn BP Marty Markowitz and other elected and appointed officials) will be conducting a public hearing on the City's response to "The December Blizzard of 2010" on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at 6:00PM, at Brooklyn Borough Hall.
