Hard data and judicial observation shows that women litigators appear in commercial cases at a far lower rate than their representation in law firms. Serious attention must be given to what is a virtual absence of women litigators, especially in lead roles, in significant commercial cases. At this program a distinguished panel of both lawyers and judges hope to shed light on this issue and to explore solutions to this problem.
