Over the past few weeks, the Republican leadership has put forth a set of extreme bills designed to drastically roll back women's reproductive freedoms. Together, if passed, they would devastate American women's rights to care for their own health.

Thanks to you, we're fighting back. But with just hours to go until our midnight deadline, we are still $9,077 short of our goal.

Your outpouring of support has allowed us to stand up to these assaults on reproductive freedom where it matters most: in the districts of Republican anti-choice Representatives. Thanks to your support, we're making sure their constituents back home know how these attacks on choice are too extreme for millions of American women, their families, and their doctors.

House Republicans claim their bills would simply codify existing laws. But don't be fooled: these pieces of legislation go far beyond current law, and mark probably the greatest assault on women's reproductive freedoms in our lifetime.

Together these bills would cut off women from the private health care they have today, limit the ability of women to get the care they need on their health care plans even if it threatens their lives; allow public hospitals to refuse to take necessary steps to save a woman's life; and allow the states to deny Medicaid coverage for care to save a woman's life.

I will stand firm and - and I know that you'll be standing with me - as we call out the Republican agenda for what it really is: anti-woman, anti-family, and most certainly, anti-choice.
