NEWLY CONSTRUCTED APARTMENTS FOR RENT IN BROOKLYN
Madison/Putnam Sponsor LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 47 affordable housing rental apartments under construction at 924 & 926 Madison Street, and 1007, 1013, 1023, 1052 & 1054 Putnam Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. These buildings are being constructed through the Low Income Rental Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
