Answers to common questions:

* Legislators don't have public email addresses.
* The app uses location only to find your local representative.
* It does not do anything on boot unless you enable notifications.
* The app cannot be moved to the SD card, because it uses background services for notifications.

CUPCAKE USERS: This may be the last version of the app available for Android 1.5. Our apologies to anyone affected, but we need to start working to optimize the app for tablets soon, and doing this well means dropping support for Android 1.5.
