- Foreclosure by Action in Rem (DOF) -- Written comments must be submitted by Sept. 1, 2011.
- Amendment of Owner Must Drive Rules (Inheriting Spouses) (TLC) -- Written comments must be submitted by Sept. 5, 2011.
- Tests Performed by Elevator Inspection Agencies (DOB) -- Written comments must be submitted by Sept. 9, 2011.
- City-Aided Limited-Profit Housing Companies (HPD) -- Written comments must be submitted by Sept. 13, 2011.
- Process Server Recordkeeping and Reporting (DCA) -- Rule takes effect Aug. 31, 2011.
- Various Work on Landmarked Properties (LPC) -- Rule takes effect Sept. 5, 2011.
- Mandatory Penalties (TLC) -- Rule takes effect Aug. 31, 2011.
- Reasonable and Necessary Action (LOFT) -- Rule takes effect Sept. 8, 2011.
