Please join us for BCS's 145th Anniversary Celebration, our largest fundraising event of the year. Proceeds will support BCS's recognized, award-winning early childhood, afterschool, family preservation and employment training programs.
Our theme is "Strengthening Brooklyn's Families," reflecting BCS's commitment and long experience in keeping at-risk families intact with their children safe at home. BCS's intensive counseling programs, which serve more than 500 families each year in Brooklyn's high-need neighborhoods of East New York and Bedford-Stuyvesant, are highly effective in improving family communications and building parenting skills. Our Homemaker program provides hundreds of ill or disabled parents with the vital in-home assistance they need to keep their families together and their children out of foster care.
To join BCS as we celebrate our 145th Anniversary--become a sponsor, take a journal ad, buy a ticket, furnish a unique item or experience for our auction, or simply make a contribution. For complete details, please contact Adele Saleem at asaleem@WeAreBCS.org or 718-310-5623.
