After careful consideration, we've opted to restructure membership dues to increase incentive to participate and for greater efficiency all around. And we've figured out how to do it without increasing the cost! For the same cost paid once for the year, membership buys you a seat at three of the best luncheon panel discussions at the landmark Union League Club, with direct access to top-notch luminaries of the commercial real estate industry. We're also implementing a Corporate level membership, which allows for five total members from a given organization and provides a 23% discount (effectively five for the price of four). A few special Members Only events are being planned, and our Membership Directory will be re-launched to facilitate networking in the organization.
