I'm writing to invite you to join Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney and Governor Mario Cuomo to a reception in my home, in support of State Senator Liz Krueger (pictured right).
As you know, Liz has been a tireless advocate for us in Albany - one of the true reformers who is fighting to keep clean up Albany with effective and energetic people in our state legislature. She has been campaigning so hard for other candidates, that you may be unaware that she has a re-election fight of her own! I hope you'll join me on October 4th, along with other special guests, in support of our friend Liz.
I know that you've been a strong supporter in the past. But Liz still needs your help to send a clear message. Now, as much as ever - even more than ever - we need people like Liz in the Legislature to reform the dysfunctional state government in Albany. Please consider making an additional contribution now. The maximum allowable for an individual to give is $9,500 for the 2010 cycle.
