Dear Friends,

Imagine for a moment what life will be like after this Tuesday when we send Pedro Espada packing. Imagine an Albany without government shutdowns, Republican-led coups, and political grandstanding for personal gain.

Imagine a State Senator that hasn't stolen from taxpayers, hasn't placed his family and friends on the government payroll, hasn't physically threatened his opponents, challenged his constituents to fistfights, or broken the very laws he has sworn to uphold.

Late last week we heard that his thugs are knocking on doors pretending to be from the Board of Elections and asking people if they are supporting me. Now we hear that he intends to intimidate people at the polls by physically trying to remove them from their voting site.

WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN.
