PAINT THIS CANVASS

help_wanted_sign_nyreblog_com_.PNGThe McMahon campaign is seeking Door-to-Door Canvassers to join our grass roots organizing team. Canvassers will talk with voters about the upcoming 2010 election and work to engage them in the political process.

Congressman McMahon has been a strong independent leader in Washington for Staten Island and Brooklyn. He's fought to win healthcare benefits for veterans, funding for seniors, schools and transportation projects, tax breaks for small businesses, and health care benefits for 9/11 first responders. Join with us as we bring this message to voters and continue fighting for the needs of Staten Island and Brooklyn.

Successful candidates will have exceptional verbal communication skills. They will be highly organized, self-managing, and detail-oriented. Canvassers will work evenings and weekends, 25 hours or more each week, knocking on doors every day in communities across the district.
