As many of you have heard me say over and over, we need "more and better" Democrats in office in Albany. We need the right kind of Democrats in our Majority Conference, which is why I supported Gustavo Rivera in his successful Primary campaign against Pedro Espada, and why I'm supporting several of our Democratic women candidates in the upcoming General Election.

Important change happens slowly and then, sometimes, all at once. Making these changes happen has been a driving passion for me. Any (and hopefully all!) of these women would make wonderful colleagues, and our State Capital a better place.
