Dear Lucas,
I wanted to make sure you saw my email last week about our momentum and getting the St. Petersburg Times endorsement.
We are still in great shape to win this race, but I needed to send you this quick email and ask for your help. My manager just called me as I was heading home from knocking doors this evening to update me on our budget. He just told me we need to raise another $9,167 by tomorrow at 2PM to keep our television ad up on the airwaves.
I know we can win this race, but we can only do it through contributions from our supporters - like you. We have the momentum, but we must have the resources to communicate our message of fighting for middle class people and small businesses.
Time is running out!
Thanks,
Lori
P.S. Can you contribute $5, $25, $50, or whatever you can afford today to help us keep our ad on the airwaves?

Dear Lucas,
Thousands have already cast their ballots by mail, and in a few days, early voting sites will be opening!
This is a crucial time for our campaign, and we received a great endorsement from the St. Petersburg Times:
"[Edwards] sees the big picture and has thoughtful views on controlling health care costs and ensuring the viability of Social Security. ... the Times recommends Lori Edwards. "
-St Petersburg Times
Not only has the Times endorsed us, but we are continuing to air our powerful TV commercial. Have you had a chance to see it? If not, click the video below to play it.
We know this ad will help us win, but we need your help to keep it on the air through Election Day.
We are up in the polls, up on TV, and are receiving crucial endorsements. We have the momentum, but this race is still one of the most competitive in the entire country. We need your help to get us across the finish line. If you've already contributed, I hope you'll help us one more time. If you haven't yet, I hope you'll join our team. Contribute Today!
Thanks,
