On Tuesday, March 23, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will join other elected officials, riders with disabilities and disability advocates at a press conference to denounce MTA service cuts, including plans to eliminate the B51 bus and other routes that service riders who are elderly or have disabilities.
The MTA is scheduled to vote on the service reductions on Wednesday, March 24.
