I just can't believe it - Representative Bart Stupak is back at it. He and a dozen or so of his colleagues are trying to block health care reform by reinserting a dangerous, anti-choice provision into President Obama's health care bill. I'm sure you were just as shocked as I was when you heard the news.
Representative Stupak's amendment was resoundingly defeated in the Senate before because it discriminates against women and poses a dangerous health risk to women and girls from every state. You helped me defeat this dangerous policy once - now I need your help again. Please stand up to Stupak's dangerous attempt to stop health care reform by signing our petition today.

After months of Republican obstructionism, we are finally about to pass real health care reform that will provide coverage to millions of Americans. Yet, a handful of politicians with extremist points of view are holding the bill hostage. Not only are they bringing Congressional negotiations to a halt, they're purposefully misleading the public and media about what is in President Obama's health care legislation.
