That's how much money Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele said his party would be pouring into California this year to support Carly Fiorina. In Steele's words, "the days of ... just ignoring [California] altogether are over."

Remember, Carly Fiorina is planning to spend millions of dollars of her own personal wealth trying to defeat Barbara, on top of the $5.5 million she already spent to win the primary.
What's more, the California Republican Party Chairman, Ron Nehring, held a press conference last week to talk about his plan to defeat Barbara Boxer. "Eighteen months ago this Senate seat was not in play. Today it is," he said.
Clearly the right wing is gearing up. Now we need to match them.
