If you are interested in requesting capital funding for Fiscal Year 2011 from the Department of Cultural Affairs, please click on the link below to proceed through several steps that will help determine if your organization and project are eligible under criteria established by the City of New York.
On the Borough President and City Council web sites, cultural organizations can also find links to the Capital Funding request forms. Please complete the relevant short form(s) to determine if your organization and project(s) are eligible and submit this form to the Department of Cultural Affairs and Borough President by Friday January 15th 2010. The City Council short form deadline is Monday March 15th 2010.
Please note completion of these forms does not guarantee an allocation of funding. Upon completion of the eligibility review, your organization will be contacted by DCA and may be asked to provide more detailed or additional information.
A Capital Funding Request Seminar will be held at DCLA on January 12, 2010 to review capital eligibility requirements and completion of request forms. The seminar is not mandatory; however, we strongly encourage you to attend if you plan to apply. Please RSVP to capitalrequest@culture.nyc.gov or call Dawn Brown, 212-513-9329 by January 11, 2010.
