Following two consecutive terms of outstanding leadership of the DCCC, Chairman Chris Van Hollen has a new position as the top Democrat on the pivotal House Budget Committee. Congressman Steve Israel (D-NY) Named New DCCC Chairman

Speaker Nancy Pelosi has named Congressman Steve Israel of New York as the DCCC's new Chairman. Congressman Israel is a battle-tested House Democrat when it comes to both policy and politics. He is a leader in Congress when it comes to investing in clean energy and ensuring equal rights for all Americans.
