Silent Auctions & Raffles
to support the fight against pediatric cancer
Hosted by Jay Paterno
Penn State Football
Quarterback Coach
Inspired by our HOPE for a cure, Penn State alumni in the greater New York City area created The Hope Gala in 2008 to support Penn State Dance Marathon (THON)-the world's largest student-run philanthropy. THON has raised more than $69 million to benefit the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Children's Hospital and is supported year-round by students and alumni alike, who have joined together to raise funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer.
The 2011 Hope Gala will be held on Friday, January 21, 2010 at 7:30 PM. The event will be hosted by Penn State quarterbacks coach Jay Paterno. It is certain to be another night to remember, complete with first-class dining, live entertainment, a silent auction, and personal stories from those who have been touched by THON the most.
