Karl Rove's shadowy group, American Crossroads, just launched a new $1 million wave of attack ads against Barbara Boxer in Los Angeles.
These ads are expected to saturate the LA airwaves with negative, misleading attacks against Barbara -- and we need your help to fight back.
At the same time, another right-wing group launched a different attack ad against Barbara in Fresno and Palm Springs -- and based on the timing and targeting of the TV buy, it appears to be well coordinated with Rove's attack.
This second group, the Committee for Truth in Politics, is funded by one of the key plaintiffs in the Citizens United decision that has opened the floodgates to millions of dollars in corporate spending on the November election.
Today, it's clearer than ever: We're not just competing against Carly Fiorina's deep pockets; the corporate special interests and national right-wing leaders are coming after Barbara too.
