We just wrapped up another great RV trip as part of our "Drive for a New NY" tour. We visited 12 counties over four days and talked with thousands of hard-working men and women who are ready to make NY great again. So many New Yorkers -- Democrats, Republicans and Independents -- came out to support our 5-point plan.
For me and my daughters, it was another memorable trip, with visits to the Wyoming County Fair, Watkins Glen International, and other great events. And everywhere we stopped, more people joined our Citizens' Coalition by pledging their support for the New NY Agenda.

In fact, one of the proudest moments I've gotten to share with my three daughters took place during a break between stops on the tour.
Last Wednesday, August 18th, our nation celebrated a major anniversary: 90 years since the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which gave women the right to vote. I was fortunate to spend the day with my daughters at the Women's Rights National Historic Park in Seneca Falls, NY -- where the movement for women's equality was launched.
It's an incredible example of the role that New York has played in the fight for women's rights. It was also a powerful reminder that this vital work remains unfinished until women can count on both economic justice and political equality.
I'm so grateful to all the women and men who came out to see our tour, and to all the community leaders who stood by my side. It was another wonderful trip through our beautiful state.
