If you haven't heard of Elizabeth Warren, here's what you need to know:
She holds Wall Street big wigs and Treasury Department members accountable as part of her work in Washington leading oversight of the Trouble Asset Relief Program (TARP).
She's an Oklahoma native and bankruptcy expert who teaches at Harvard.
She's a serious, strong advocate for consumers and working families. Reining in predatory banking practices that con people out of their paychecks is among her top priorities - she even wrote a book on the subject.
She's the right person for the job. Too many Washington insiders also are Wall Street insiders. Not Elizabeth Warren. The banks know she can't be bought - and this scares them.
