With three days remaining until Primary Day, we have more exciting news to share! Citizens Union, one of New York City's most influential good government watchdog groups, has endorsed Bill for Public Advocate .
In announcing its endorsement, Citizens Union (CU) cited Bill's strong principled stances on issues of local and citywide importance, like his leadership on the term limits battle, his willingness to fight for causes that need a champion, as well as his collaborative, inclusive, consensus-building approach in the Council. Overall, the organization said, "it is de Blasio's fresh perspective, thoughtful positions, varied set of skills and broad experience that make him CU's preferred candidate."
Just 36 hours remain until Primary Day, this Tuesday, September 15th, and while we are working day and night to keep our momentum going strong, we still need you!
