Come to Hudson River Park's Pier 40 at West Houston Street for Friends' annual Memorial Day Weekend boat ride that offers spectacular views of the harbor with the Manhattan skyline as a backdrop. A must-do for New Yorkers and tourists alike, the cruise is a great way to experience the Park.
Take a seat on the lawn at Pier 84 at 44th Street and listen to the New York City Slickers, the hot five-piece bluegrass band, perform music ranging from traditional to contemporary bluegrass. The band combines hard driving instrumentals with wailing tight harmonies to achieve an infectious, explosive sound.
