Got this e-mail from the editor of The Capitol :
We're putting together The Capitol' s first annual list of 40 under 40 'Rising Stars', and we're looking for suggestions from you! 
Send the name, contact information and a brief description of the top elected officials, staffers, consultants, labor leaders, advocates, activists, campaign professionals and others who have already made a mark in state politics and government and will have an even greater role in the years to come. Nominees can be based in part elsewhere around the state, but must regularly be in Albany as part of their jobs to be eligible.
Deadline for nominations is May 15, but get yours in early for first consideration.
The list will appear in a special issue of The Capitol due out in early June.
