LOOK WHO'S WORKING FOR RICHARD ABORN

aborn_da_banner_nyreblog_com_.jpgDear Friends,

I am happy to inform you of two more exciting additions to our already talented team-- Michael Rabinowitz will be coming aboard as Campaign Manager and Blake Zeff will be managing communications through his position as a senior member at BerlinRosen, our political consulting team.

Michael Rabinowitz will be leaving his post as Deputy Political Director for the Hotel Trades Council where he worked intensively on the union's priority races - including the upset victory of State Senator Daniel Squadron, and the victorious campaigns of State Senator Joseph Addabbo and Councilmember Julissa Ferreras.

Prior to working for the Hotel Trades Council, Michael worked for West Side Assembly Member Richard N. Gottfried, New York Jobs with Justice and the Healthcare Education Project, as well as sat on the Working Families Party Executive Committee and NYC Coordinating Council. Mike has also worked on local campaigns throughout New York City - including many in Manhattan - and has Presidential campaign experience in the key battleground area of suburban Philadelphia. He is known for having particular experience in field organizing and getting out the vote, which will be critical to our campaign.

Blake Zeff, a recent addition to the BerlinRosen team, has extensive experience in national and New York politics. He served as Communications Director to Senator Charles Schumer and the New York State Democratic Party before joining Hilary Clinton's campaign as a national spokesman and, most recently, as the New York Communications Director for the Obama campaign. Blake's background speaks for itself and he will undoubtedly be an invaluable asset to the campaign.

Michael and Blake round out our deeply experienced team committed to electing a proven crimefighter and true progressive as the next Manhattan District Attorney. I am thrilled to have both Michael and Blake on board.

Richard
