David is officially on the ballot! This week, our campaign filed over 60,000 petitions with the Board of Elections. While only 7,500 are required, our grassroots effort across the City really delivered.
This is further proof that our campaign is backed by hard working New Yorkers -- not the special interests -- who want a progressive fighter as Comptroller.
Let's ride that wave with two events next week. On Monday, July 20th we're hosting an event for young professionals. Networks like the Young Professionals for David Yassky were key to our petitioning success, and will lead to victory on Election Day. RSVP here and get involved! Then on Wednesday, Crain's New York Business is hosting a debate at the Grand Hyatt in Manhattan at 8:00 AM. David will map out his progressive vision for the Comptroller's Office and his plan to eliminate wasteful spending and get the City's economy back on track.
