This informative and pragmatic panel will address creative and successful strategies for partnering with outside counsel to maximize value, control costs, and build integrated and productive relationships that will continue to benefit the company over the long-term.

Panelists will focus on sharing strategies for selecting and evaluating outside counsel; guidelines for staffing, allocation of work flow between in-house counsel and outside counsel and creative billing arrangements; and unique methods of communication and collaboration between in-house and outside counsel and even among outside counsel. The panel will be informal and interactive and audience participation will be encouraged.
