On Thursday, February 12, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will deliver his annual State of the Borough Address at the Leon M. Goldstein Performing Arts Center at Kingsborough Community College in Manhattan Beach.  

Entertainment begins at 6:45 pm, followed by the Address at 7:00.
