We just received this announcement from Mayor Bloomberg's office:
Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg presides over Bill Signing Ceremony, live from the Blue Room at City Hall. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at approximately 4:30 pm.
Bills to be considered:
* Int. 516-A - A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the City of New York, in relation to requiring the police department to submit reports concerning the discharge of firearms.
* Int. 909 - A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the City of New York, in relation to the grace period for payment without interest of the installment of real property tax with respect to certain real property that is due and payable on January 1, 2009.
* Int. 910 - A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the City of New York, in relation to the date of submission by the Mayor of a preliminary management report and the date prior to which the council shall conduct public hearing and the date by which the council shall submit report or reports pertaining thereto, the date of submission by the Mayor of the preliminary certificate regarding debt and reserves and appropriations and expenditures for capital project, the date of submission by the Mayor of the preliminary budget.
