Boricua Village Apartments (Site A-2 and C) is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 214 affordable housing rental apartments under construction at 508 East 163rd Street and 3213 Third Avenue in the Morrisania section of The Bronx. These buildings are being constructed through the 421a Affordable Housing Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the Low-Income Affordable Marketplace Program (LAMP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
