Two Trees Management Company seeks two special permits as well as a zoning map and text amendment that will allow for the development of a proposed mixed use building within the DUMBO neighborhood (090181 ZMK; 090182 ZRK; 090183 ZSK; 090184 ZSK).  For a detailed description of these ULURP applications, please contact Kevin Parris, land use coordinator for the Brooklyn Borough President, at 718-802-3856.
