condo_nyreblog_com_.JPGIn Tribeca Equity, Ltd. v. 19-21 Leonard St. Condominium , Tribeca Equity (TE) wanted a court to declare TE the owner of a condominium unit held by Leonard St. Condominium.

When the New York County Supreme Court denied TE's request for relief in its favor, an appeal to the Appellate Division, First Department, followed.

While TE had owned the cellar areas that were later converted into units 1E and 1W, the AD1 was of the view TE never owned the space that was later converted into unit 1S.

That left TE TLE-LESS.
