I want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you who have helped with the 2008 campaign from working the phones, knocking on doors and writing the checks. All of this together is what made my re-election
possible.I would like to invite you to come and celebrate this election with me on Thursday, February 19th from 5 to 7 pm at Hotel Congress . With music, snacks and photos from the inauguration ceremony, it should be a great event. I will share some of my legislative goals for 2009 and I look forward to hearing about your thoughts as well.
Entry is free but I hope you can bring a bag of food or a donation for the food bank with you. The Community Food Bank is bringing gigantic boxes for us to fill for our neighbors facing tough economic time. Help us with our first Cactus Roots Connectors activity and celebrate a second Giffords for Congress success by sharing a bag of food for those who are in need.
