About Regina Calcaterra |
Prosecuting Wall Street - Protecting Main Street As a partner at Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, a premier corporate fraud law firm, Regina worked to secure the pensions of all government employees including, police, fire, teachers, correction and sanitation workers. She fought for labor union employees when they lost money due to corporate fraud. Regina served as a member of the legal team that successfully litigated such high profile corporate fraud cases against WorldCom and Merrill Lynch and brought billions of dollars back to the pensions of union workers and government employees. Regina's experience in protecting pensions began in the 1990's when she co-authored and passed laws that led to strong investment returns in the state pension funds. She appears on CNBC advocating for stronger shareholder protections and on Fox News. Saving Taxpayers Money & Protecting Workers
