Ronald S. asked the New York County Family Court to modify his visitation rights based on a change of circumstances and, when that request was rejected, claimed to have been denied an appropriate hearing.

Because he relied on "old allegations from the prior proceedings," failed to submit new evidence which would have triggered a hearing entitlement, and, hadn't been wrongfully denied relief (since the Family Court simply refused to modify a prior determination), the Appellate Division, First Department, concurred with the outcome.

Bet Ronald regretted that visitation with the AD1.
