Dear Friend:

With just four weeks to go, Richard wanted me to share some exciting news about our campaign. Richard's vision for a criminal justice system that stops crime before it starts has attracted enthusiastic support from the deepest and most diverse coalition of any candidate in this race. And today we're announcing yet another crucial endorsement - the NY Hotel and Motel Trades Council (HTC). Please make a contribution to help us keep up this incredible energy.

Watch the Video HERE!

HTC, one of the city's most powerful and influential labor unions, is announcing their support of our campaign with a video message from Rochelle Kelly, one of their 30,000 members.  In the last few years, HTC has quickly become a significant force in city politics, building a reputation as having one of the most sophisticated and well-run political operations. They helped win critical elections throughout the state in 2008. Our campaign is lucky to have support from Rochelle and her fellow members at HTC.

I also hope you will take a moment read a story on the campaign in Saturday's New York Times , which reports that all three campaigns have the same amount of money to spend in the final four weeks -- despite the fact that both of Richard's opponents started fundraising for their campaigns years ago.

This parity of resources is an incredible achievement for our campaign, but it was only possible by the generosity of people like you who are powering it.

With just four weeks to go, our operation is ramped up and ready to go --- all we need is you. Thanks again for all you are doing.
