In the May/June issue, Real Estate New York will spotlight the region's top young developers and their firms.
Newcomers to commercial real estate development continue to make their mark in the face of a challenging climate. These up-and-coming developers are finding ways to get projects done and gearing their efforts toward meeting present-day demands as well as current market realities.
Before we can spotlight the "Rising Stars of Development," we're asking you to help us identify them through a formal, but simple nomination process.

Rules
- Nominees must be founders or key executives of development firms established not more than 10 years ago
- Nominees can be involved in the development or ownership of any form of commercial real estate...office, retail, MXD, multifamily residential, industrial.
- A hi-res color headshot must accompany all nominations.
- Nominees must be based in and active in the New York metro region (New York City including outer boroughs, Long Island, Westchester/Rockland, Fairfield).
- The deadline for nominations is May 11, 2009...there will be no extensions.
