For a second year in a row, our partner, Lucas A. Ferrara will appear in " Super Lawyers " magazine -- a honor accorded to only 5% of the lawyers practicing in the New York Metropolitan Area.
While the selection process is somewhat of a mystery, we understand candidates are vetted by the publication's research staff, subject to a peer-review panel, and selected by a voting process with only the highest scoring lawyers accepted for inclusion.
The publication is slated to be released as a supplement to the New York Times on Sunday, September 28, 2008.
